I’ve just uploaded a new version of the Blender Wiki PDF Manual on archive.org, updated today.

Changes to wiki manual (content):
- Section “Workflow” was added in “Animation/Basics/Drivers”
- Section “Troubleshooting” was added in “Animation/Basics/Drivers”
- Section “Adding Drivers” in “Animation/Basics/Drivers” was moved under a new “Workflow” section in the same page, with more details
- Section “Image Editors” was added under “Playback Menu” in “Animation/Editors/Timeline”
- Section “Layered” under “Header controls” in “Animation/Editors/Timeline” was added
- Section “Visual Keying” under “Automation” in “Animation/Editors/Timeline” was moved under “User Preferences/Keyframing” in the same page
- Section “Editing Shape Keys” under “Animation/Techs/Shape/Shape_Keys” replaced by “Workflow” section in the same page
- Section “Camera Settings” under “Manual/Render/Camera” changed, also moved a note about “3D View window settings similar to the camera” from “Display” to “Lens” and “Sensor” under “display”, in the same page
- Section “Nodes shared with the Compositor” added under “Render/Cycles/Nodes/More”
- Section “Alpha Threshold” added under “Data Passes” in “Render/Cycles/Passes”
- Sections “Above-Below”, “3D Tv Top-Bottom” added under “Game_Engine/Camera/Stereo”, reordered other sections “Anaglyph”, “Quad Buffer”
